The selection of newly renovated rooms are more than satisfactory: roomy, yet snug, with a full kitchen (but no oven, just a stovetop), large sink, ample storage/cupboards, a cold full-size fridge, and a high-powered "smart" microwave; 2. The staff/management is generally amiable (although the blonde woman with the clipboard is quite obnoxious and attempts to "catch" people in the act); 3. The rooms are kept clean and inspected regularly by a congenial and competent housekeeping staff; 3.5. Maintenance is steady and prompt; 4. The management does indeed return/refund hotel taxes and fees after the first month. (This is legally mandated of all hotels/motels if one remains and pays for four weeks or longer, but many establishments just keep the money.) 5. While it may not be close to the Metro Bus Line, the area is still near to shopping (i.e. a few blocks away from Academy, Target, Home Depot, Walmart, Kroger), gas stations, and decent restaurant choices! I strongly advise this InTown Suites to anyone looking for an extended-stay hotel.more ...hide ...
