The management gets things done now when it comes to maintenance request I can say that much but they can be rude when you call and you can just tell they dont wana deal with you or at least thats the vibe I get everytime I call but Ive been living The management gets things done now when it comes to maintenance request I can say that much but they can be rude when you call and you can just tell they dont wana deal with you or at least thats the vibe I get everytime I call but Ive been living there for 4 year and have requested to get my carpet shampooed when I moved it I had wires coming out of the ceiling where my fan should have been my blinds had been broken sense I moved there was medicine pills in my cabinet on the floor with some sort of dust I had to clean after the last person that was there the people in the office make me feel a little uncomfortable and make me want to stop asking for request to get done so I wont call unless its something thats hazardous to my kids but sense they were on top on everything in the beginning I was okay with asking but it just seems like they dont care to be there in all honesty and it shows with there demeanor more ... hide ...

Went to go view an apartment and the leasing agent wasnt aware if it was open to view after I had already scheduled a viewing a week beforenshe wanted me to figure out where the apartment was on my own while I had my son with me and that was a big re Went to go view an apartment and the leasing agent wasnt aware if it was open to view after I had already scheduled a viewing a week beforenshe wanted me to figure out where the apartment was on my own while I had my son with me and that was a big red flag lol she said I had to hurry before the people who bought it move their stuff in which is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to the new tenantsnThey dont show the apartments to you at all also if youre going to schedule a viewing ask for a license to be a leasing agent as well cause youre giving yourself the tour lolnShe couldnt figure out how to get through the apartments either For how big they are they should have a golf cart to have guests tour I mean it looks well kept together I think management is just not fit for their placesnI probably will stay in Katy more ... hide ...
