In May 2021 we registered for our child to start at Sonoma Ranch Primrose We paid the registration fee and were informed that his current classroom was full and that a 3 month waiting period was likely They assured us that we would be notified concer In May 2021 we registered for our child to start at Sonoma Ranch Primrose We paid the registration fee and were informed that his current classroom was full and that a 3 month waiting period was likely They assured us that we would be notified concerning any movement However during the following months we were not provided with any updates When we reached out to the facility after several months we were told that our child had moved up on the waiting list but a start date would still be months away No apology was provided concerning the lack of communication Another three months passed again with no updates and yet again we had to reach out to the facility During this time our child had actually moved down on the waiting list since they had placed children ahead of him due to the sibling policy Not only was this never explained to us during our registration but no update was provided We spoke extensively with the daycare regarding their lack of communication and their lack of transparency concerning our childs enrollment During this conversation they stated this was not their intention and that moving forward they would notify us immediately on any movement At the writing of this review August 1 2022 not only has no updates been provided but our child is still on the waiting list which has now been approximately 14 months It is understandable that a start date can not be guaranteed but throughout this process Sonoma Ranch Primrose has shown poor communication lack of transparency concerning enrollment and a lack of professionalism To all those reading this review please take this into account before considering this facility In the event you decide to move forward please be aware that your child may be waiting for more than a year therefore plan accordingly more ... hide ...
