Beautiful apartment quiet space big units and even bigger tubs I love this place

If I could rate no stars i would These apartments have definitely gone down hill And it has a lot to do with the leasing office team now They are rude unorganizedThey have nothing but temp employees that hang up phones and leave you waiting outside If I could rate no stars i would These apartments have definitely gone down hill And it has a lot to do with the leasing office team now They are rude unorganizedThey have nothing but temp employees that hang up phones and leave you waiting outside the door Never fix any problems that need to be fixed maintenance walks around all day with a broom dust pan spending hours doing the same thing They need to bring back the old girls because they actually had gotten things done They were always so kind and caring LincolnProperty you need to get it together and get a team that actually cares for the residents more ... hide ...

This place has gone downhill since I moved in The up keep for the apartment was bad with the old management and has only gotten worse The make excuses for maintenance requests I have been in my apartment for over a year and have yet to have my dishwa This place has gone downhill since I moved in The up keep for the apartment was bad with the old management and has only gotten worse The make excuses for maintenance requests I have been in my apartment for over a year and have yet to have my dishwasher fixed I dont know who would ever give this complex 5 stars as it has gone down The trash bins in the back are always full because the complex doesnt pay the trash company on time or behind on the bill Parking is horrible and management does nothing about it more ... hide ...

I have lived here for a year Nice apartments and convenient since its close to downtown The staff was always friendly when we had any issues with the apartment I think the only downside is that the gated parking is always broken and they have not ma I have lived here for a year Nice apartments and convenient since its close to downtown The staff was always friendly when we had any issues with the apartment I think the only downside is that the gated parking is always broken and they have not made the effort to even do anything about it I got my car broken into once During our stay our mailboxes were broken into but luckily they fixed that issue so it didnt happen again They have cameras that are useless that dont work I really wish they did things that would make our community more safer and secured Especially during big events random people will park in our community taking up all the parking spots and thats when peoples cars get broken into cause they dont reinforce who parks in our reserved resident parking spots But other then that i has a good stay more ... hide ...
