On my scheduled transfer move in day I went to the office only for them to tell me that my apartment wasnt ready without any notification. The move in was extended an entire week. The apartment is in inhabitable condition due to cigarette smoke lingering in the air vents which was discussed upon move in. Victoria Roach failed to take any courses of action causing my family to become ill from the cigarette smoke. Her only response was for me to provide my 30 day notice if I wasnt happy with the condition of my apartment. She also is not allowing me access to my previous mailbox which she took my mailbox key before I was scheduled to turn in the key. I have asked multiple times to be notified when maintenance needs access to my unit however they fail to do so.
