The staff here were very accommodating when I had to move in, and they even stayed open until 6:05 so I could get my key when I was running late. However, the state of my apartment upon move in was extremely unsanitary; when I mopped, the mop water got dirty almost immediately, and it took three buckets to clean the floor. The cabinets were full of dead roaches, what appeared to be eggs, and a questionable baggie with pills in it. Within minutes of entering the apartment, I spotted five live roaches, and though exterminators have treated my apartment every two weeks, I'm still seeing them. Furthermore, the fire alarm was in the bathroom cabinet and was not functioning, and the fire extinguisher had not been inspected since 2016. I'm giving the staff three stars because they have been responsive and have been trying to help me, but I'm still very displeased with the condition of my apartment when I moved in, as well as the fact that the roaches have endured three treatments.more ...hide ...

There is something wrong with the people running this place. The manager sold the storage I was renting to another tenant. She claimed the rent for storage was unpaid. She claimed the rent for storage was unpaid. The problem was she failed to charge me. So without any notification or warning, my stuff was taken out of my storage, and never returned. Then after this, to add insult to injury, she proceeds to charge me 300$ additional in late fees yet my stuff is all gone. They made no attempt to get my stuff back for me.
