I have lived here since Nov. 2019 and I really enjoy it. The neighbors are nice and really have not had any trouble. The employees are nice and polite. Maintenance keeps up with the grounds and our work orders.

Nonetheless, I feel recognition is in order. It is likely that most reviews written online are unfavorable as pleased and satisfied customers usually have other matters to tend to rather than posting reviews. Dora is by far the best property manager I have encountered. I have lived in a few apartments, so naturally I jumped at the chance to join the waiting list when these apartments were available. When I first encountered her, she was quite respectful and showed me the same level of respect. At one point, I was in a bad relationship and Dora was able to contact the police and get a restraining order for the property. Following this, I spoke to her and she gave me some inspiring words and motivated me to do better. She said I reminded her of her daughter, and that she would protect me and the other women on the property in the same way. She advised me to keep my head held high as my daughter and I deserved better. I took her words to heart and they enabled me to change my life. When no one else would help me, she did. I am eternally grateful to her. If you are looking for a place that provides safety and protection, this is the right spot. She is not only a great manager, but she can often be seen on the premises tidying and pressure washing the stairs etc. She is the best. I wish her all the best.more ...hide ...

I lived here for many years. The Gates worked for 1 year and never again since.My microwave works for 5mins at a time. I asked for a new one 2 years ago ,never got it.The Refrigerator has been leaking for years, also nevI lived here for many years. I asked for a new one 2 years ago ,never got it.The Refrigerator has been leaking for years, also never got replaced.They came to fix, I guess a plumbing issue but failed to fill the hole they made. Many little boys have been playing in that hole for months....The lawn is poorly kept...the men do mediocre work, I would hate to see their own homes.They would rather cut everything down ,then add some nice plants!I would recommend moving anywhere but here!!!The management...ohhh the management. Tammy sucked! They dont offer the workers the support they need.They blame everyone else instead of creating a solution.maintenance man?? There is no maintenance man...Yea. Run, Run as fast as you can.more ...hide ...

Living at Riverview at Calallen apartments was the best experience at apartment living, our office manager Jackie is the most friendliest and has the biggest heart, she made my decision so easy of choosing this place. She and the rest of the staff have the upmost professionalism always willing to go above and beyond for their tenants. This property is beyond well kept and beautiful. Although, I no longer reside their I€™m gonna totally miss my apartment and the best staff ever.
