It is likely that most reviews written online are unfavorable as pleased and satisfied customers usually have other matters to tend to rather than posting reviews. Dora is by far the best property manager I have encountered. I have lived in a few apartments, so naturally I jumped at the chance to join the waiting list when these apartments were available. When I first encountered her, she was quite respectful and showed me the same level of respect. At one point, I was in a bad relationship and Dora was able to contact the police and get a restraining order for the property. Following this, I spoke to her and she gave me some inspiring words and motivated me to do better. She said I reminded her of her daughter, and that she would protect me and the other women on the property in the same way. She advised me to keep my head held high as my daughter and I deserved better. I took her words to heart and they enabled me to change my life. When no one else would help me, she did. I am eternally grateful to her. If you are looking for a place that provides safety and protection, this is the right spot. She is not only a great manager, but she can often be seen on the premises tidying and pressure washing the stairs etc. She is the best. I wish her all the best. more ... hide ...
