Beautiful place not far from the water I didnt get to see an apartment but its really nice on the outside and the office staff was very nice and helpful

Lovely community with nice amenities Sabrina in the front office is very patient and knowledgeable about whats happening on the property She made sure we had a smooth transition getting our loved one into this complex The maintenance staff is also ve Lovely community with nice amenities Sabrina in the front office is very patient and knowledgeable about whats happening on the property She made sure we had a smooth transition getting our loved one into this complex The maintenance staff is also very prompt seeing that things get repaired and replaced quickly and you can tell they care about the residents as well Its a gated community and always nice and quiet making our loved one feel safe and comfy more ... hide ...

My mother was a resident and was paying her rent on time. After she had a heart surgery, she tried calling the office, but they never answered the phone. Her sister wanted to stay with her to help her out since my mom couldn't work, but they refused to give her a parking sticker. The short Hispanic lady with long curly hair was very rude to me and unprofessional. She was dismissive and wanted to argue with me because all I told her was that my mother was trying to call them and that they should improve their communication with their residents. I wasn't even living there; I was merely dropping off the keys to the apartment. I was providing the woman in the office with paperwork to show proof of my mother's hospital stay and if there was a way for her to move out without a penalty since it wasn't her fault she couldn't work. These people have no heart. If they put an eviction on my mom's credit, I will dispute it! They seem to think everyone who rents there is as dumb as they are. Just to be clear, my mother is staying at my own house. They really think they're hurting people. more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry
