It is a nice space and good maintenance but it is full of roaches No matter how hard we keep this place clean roaches keep coming

I have been trying to get a hold of someone since July Its mid October I applied for the waitlist the next few days my application was canceled I tried calling and they said it was something wrong with their systems She did say that they had several I have been trying to get a hold of someone since July Its mid October I applied for the waitlist the next few days my application was canceled I tried calling and they said it was something wrong with their systems She did say that they had several units available I applied again and its been 2 months and still no call from them and they havent answered the phone The customer service is poor I can only imagine what it would be like to live here especially reading the reviews I am use to amazing landlords I will pass on this property 0 Stars more ... hide ...

This place is terrible The mailboxes have been broken for over a month now Resulting in some residents having to go to the post office to pick up the mail I have had ongoing issues in my apartment This here is inside my walls from issues I have been This place is terrible The mailboxes have been broken for over a month now Resulting in some residents having to go to the post office to pick up the mail I have had ongoing issues in my apartment This here is inside my walls from issues I have been having since February At that time they gave me some excuse that it was condensation causing mold smell to form and advised me to open the door to allow ventilation These repairs started two weeks ago and they have failed to return to complete the repairs So bugs from inbetween the units are able to enter into my unit as they please You call to ask for someone to come help and they refuse to come and finish the job Yet want rent every month yet cannot complete repairs more ... hide ...

These apts are NOT worth the money I had a roach crawl in my ear after begging the apts to have someone come spray I kept my apt spotless and bomb my apt on THREE different occasions and the bugs still where coming of the vents and drains They just w These apts are NOT worth the money I had a roach crawl in my ear after begging the apts to have someone come spray I kept my apt spotless and bomb my apt on THREE different occasions and the bugs still where coming of the vents and drains They just walk into your apts no notice or anything they cant keep people in the office they never have records of the notifications supposable put on your door They did not want to let me out of my lease every time I submitted applications to another apt they would send the rental verification back that I did not notify them that I was moving when in fact Ive been trying to get out of my lease the first month I moved into the apts 0 STARS IF I COULD HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND more ... hide ...
