When I initially moved into the Arbors it took some time for me to adjust to the new environment and the people. I did not feel particularly welcome and had mentioned to my brother that I was not contented with the management and that I would move out as soon as my lease was done. Nonetheless, I am still here and I love my place even though it is not perfect. I think that the management can still be improved. It is all about attitude and outlook. We must all work together and understand each other's differences. I have been living at the Arbors for more than four years now and there has been not much development in the maintenance of the building. People even asked me if I live in a nursing home. The floors are unclean, stairways must be vacuumed and cleaned, and the walls need to be painted since they have not been repainted since I moved in. Additionally, there are roaches and no matter how much poison they spray, it does not exterminate them. As instructed by my doctor, I had to acquire organic products that would not make me ill and fortunately I now see fewer roaches than before. However, I was very frustrated with management since they did not inform me about the roach situation (they said they did not know), but when I turned on the lights, they were crawling on the counter. I take photographs of everything. The apartment was in a chaotic state, so I was not pleased. They would not transfer more ... hide ...
