Trash Trash apartments you have mattresses bef frames in hall ways from when tenants moved out and on property The leasing office dont care shouldve been removed To be honest no star 0 complex

Midcrown is not a nursing home but is housing for mature adults I dont expect the management to do anything beyond what it promised in the lease Everything else is on me like not spitting on peoples door or the walk ways not letting my shower run f Midcrown is not a nursing home but is housing for mature adults I dont expect the management to do anything beyond what it promised in the lease Everything else is on me like not spitting on peoples door or the walk ways not letting my shower run for days and days and days and days and days water can be heard trickling behind the wall and I can smell mold putting trash where it belongs not trying to steal neighbors property housing people that arent on the lease controlling the kids and noncitizens who dont respect it here Not sneaking kids in to run a daycare or stash house out my apartment Both sides tenants and management have responsibilities There are people staying here that frankly shouldnt be somebody will be going to prison for fraud and Im here to help more ... hide ...

I have lived here for a little over a year I have discussed these issues with Management from the time I moved in Roached are horrible I have asked to be on the list to be sprayed monthly That never happened I have been trying to get a parking spot I have lived here for a little over a year I have discussed these issues with Management from the time I moved in Roached are horrible I have asked to be on the list to be sprayed monthly That never happened I have been trying to get a parking spot CLOSE TO MY APT as long as I have lived here People that moved in AFTER me have gotten the spots The amenities are a JOKE They open the Gym Media room and game room from 104 Some of us Seniors work until 5530 The pool was closed all last year Covid and didnt open this year until well after Memorial Day Went to swim this weekend it is locked up No notice The trash is always full The gates are usually broken and the coded door to get into the main building is ALWAS UNLOCKED This place is NOT SECURE at all I found a homeless drunk man in the main building last year Nothing has come to fruition that was promised when I moved in Rent is now going up WARNING more ... hide ...
