My wife and I live in this apartment which we feel is quite nice, however the neighbors can be quite loud. The walls don't seem to be made for long-term use, and that becomes apparent when you don't replace your AC filteMy wife and I live in this apartment which we feel is quite nice, however the neighbors can be quite loud. The walls don't seem to be made for long-term use, and that becomes apparent when you don't replace your AC filters. The carpet in bedrooms, dining room and other rooms tends to cause a lot of lint even after vacuuming. Parking is another issue as people are often inconsiderate with it. Also, if someone cooks without using ventilation systems it makes the smell travel to other apartments too. We have a pet so it's great for pets but some people let them run wild which isn't really considerate either. It's a decent place for small families because there isn't much space however you cannot use charcoal grills or BBQ pits except one on the property which can attract local kids who sometimes vandalize tables there. To make life easier here, it would be wise to invest in surround sound system as that will help muffle out noise from other residents.more ...hide ...

The apartments themselves are nice, just the floor on ours was wrecked when we moved in and were not changed. There was a whole piece of carpet missing and horrible stains throughout.
