My wife and I are living in this apartment which we find very pleasant; however, it requires upkeep. Our neighbors can be very loud or very quiet; either way, you can hear everything through the walls as they do not seem to be built to last. Our air conditioning units have not been a problem so far, except when the filters are not changed, which can cause big issues. The thing we find most annoying is the carpet in the bedrooms, dining room and other spaces; no matter how much we vacuum, there always seems to be lint everywhere. Additionally, people in the area do not always respect the parking regulations. Another issue is that if a neighbor likes to cook different kinds of food, but does not use the ventilation system, it can be overwhelming for the next apartment. We have a pet and it is a great place for them; however, some people do not leash their animals, which is inconsiderate. All in all, it is a good home for a small family, although there is not a lot of room. A downside is that barbecues with charcoal cannot be used, except for the one on the premises that can get vandalized by local children when they gather. Therefore, if you plan to move here, make sure to get some surround sound to drown out the noise from the other units.more ...hide ...

The walls don't seem to be made for long-term use, and that becomes apparent when you don't replace your AC filters. The carpet in bedrooms, dining room and other rooms tends to cause a lot of lint even after vacuuming. Parking is another issue as people are often inconsiderate with it. Also, if someone cooks without using ventilation systems it makes the smell travel to other apartments too. We have a pet so it's great for pets but some people let them run wild which isn't really considerate either. It's a decent place for small families because there isn't much space however you cannot use charcoal grills or BBQ pits except one on the property which can attract local kids who sometimes vandalize tables there. To make life easier here, it would be wise to invest in surround sound system as that will help muffle out noise from other residents.more ...hide ...

The apartments themselves are nice, just the floor on ours was wrecked when we moved in and were not changed. There was a whole piece of carpet missing and horrible stains throughout.
