The tenants have been without water for three days. They are expected to bring buckets, containers, etc. to the first floor to fill up with water and carry it back to their apartments. This is unacceptable! There must be funds set aside for such contingencies. Supplying each tenant with a gallon water jug outside their door would be a suitable solution. Most of these people are ill or have certain handicaps, preventing them from lifting heavy buckets of water. The services in this property have deteriorated greatly even before the COVID outbreak. The dining room was previously open for tenants to socialize in after the office closed, however, after a complaint about loud music from a Sweet 16 party, the office prohibited the use of the dining room after office hours. Some of the office personnel are impolite, and the rate of turnover in the office is high. Look for an alternative place for your loved ones to stay because Alpha and Barnes don't care about this community.more ...hide ...

She wasnt able to bring her rent check to the rental office on the 3rd because it was iced over (they didnt salt or shovel) so her wheelchair couldnt make it through. She tried to pay her rent on the 4th and they are charging her a $125 late fee because her rent wasnt paid by the 3rd. She asked the rental office as well as the corporate office (Norstar) for a one-time late fee waive and they refused. She has NEVER been late with rent in the entire 4 years that shes lived there, and this is how they treat a disabled, terminally ill woman because THEY refused to make their property safe for disabled people! HORRIBLE business practice!more ...hide ...

There is nothing worseI have never utilized this service before, and due to my age, will never do so in the future. My review and five star rating are to express my utmost support for this clinic, as a woman and mother. There is nothing worse than an unwanted, unloved child being carried by a woman who despises it and can't wait to be rid of it. Every day while driving to work, I would observe some rather peculiar people seated on the side of the road. They were always surrounded by statues of Christ on crosses, with signs with written words on them, and praying on their knees. This sight was somehow eerie and unnerving to me. Thinking it was one of those overbearing churches, I did a double-take. It was not a church, but instead, a center to help women with merely two reviews from men. To those people sitting on the roadside, I believe you have failed to notice the hospice located right behind you. If you have a wealth of spare time, it would be far more beneficial for society if you would volunteer for an hour at the hospice, than pretending to be divine and praying to a fire hydrant.more ...hide ...
