A disabled and terminally ill woman lives in Fountains of Rosemeade and doesnt get her disability check until the 3rd of the month She wasnt able to bring her rent check to the rental office on the 3rd because it was iced over they didnt salt or shov A disabled and terminally ill woman lives in Fountains of Rosemeade and doesnt get her disability check until the 3rd of the month She wasnt able to bring her rent check to the rental office on the 3rd because it was iced over they didnt salt or shovel so her wheelchair couldnt make it through She tried to pay her rent on the 4th and they are charging her a 125 late fee because her rent wasnt paid by the 3rd She asked the rental office as well as the corporate office Norstar for a onetime late fee waive and they refused She has NEVER been late with rent in the entire 4 years that shes lived there and this is how they treat a disabled terminally ill woman because THEY refused to make their property safe for disabled people HORRIBLE business practice more ... hide ...

The dining room was previously open for tenants to socialize in after the office closed, however, after a complaint about loud music from a Sweet 16 party, the office prohibited the use of the dining room after office hours. Some of the office personnel are impolite, and the rate of turnover in the office is high.
