THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!! THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE...IT TAKES THEM HOURS TO GET TO YOUR APARTMENT TO SERVICE IT, AND THATS MONDAY THRU FRIDAY....IF ITS ON THE WEEKEND YOU WILL NOT GET ANY SERVICE .... I HAVE WTHIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!! Everything was great while Cecilia was still there. She was fantastic with her management and she genuinely cared and tried to assist with any of our needs. In the last couple of months of our tenure, the guys from upstairs would always smoke weed and we have a nine-month-old daughter, yet they still had people over smoking with them. We reported this to the office but there was no action taken. Subsequently, my husband's truck was taken from the parking lot in front of our apartment. Again, we informed the manager but she did nothing. She claimed that it was impossible to observe anything in the night cameras, however, the next day they crashed the gates and took all four tires from a truck. At that point, she was able to catch something on camera as the car that crashed the gate left its license plate behind, yet when it came to our truck, she saw nothing. The office should be attentive to their tenants, especially if they abide by the rules set since they move in, however it appears as if she is unconcerned. It seems that one has to break the rules and do the opposite to be heeded.more ...hide ...
Very tacky and unprofessional. From the very beginning Hope, in the office, was very rude and not helpful at all. In the beginning I thought Bridelle was genuinely trying to help me and sort things out for me but after awhile I noticed that communication was very poor and no one really wanted to do their job. If the company doesnt want to work with vouchers it would be nice to know from the beginning instead of rude, unprofessional behavior. I did everything the correct way and on time on my end but due to others mistakes, my voucher expired. I would not recommend this place if you have a deadline to meet, they are not understanding or helpful at all. Still waiting on my refund for the deposit I gave. Management truly sucks, I should have known based on the reviews, please be careful!more ...hide ...

I have been living here since 2018.I have seen managers come and go. The best one ever was LINDA VASQUEZ. They should have keep her here. Management here now, needs a lot of improvement. I have brought this issue up on several occasions,no results. This is the only place I am aware of that an employee can threaten your life and still be allowed to work here. I told the manager about it, she claim her supervisor will call me to find out what happened.This happened NOVEMBER 3,2021.I have yet to get a phone call. Its like they gave her a pat on the back and said good job ¡They care nothing about the tenants, just getting your rent!!!more ...hide ...
