In the last couple of months of our tenure, the guys from upstairs would always smoke weed and we have a nine-month-old daughter, yet they still had people over smoking with them. We reported this to the office but there was no action taken. Subsequently, my husband's truck was taken from the parking lot in front of our apartment. Again, we informed the manager but she did nothing. She claimed that it was impossible to observe anything in the night cameras, however, the next day they crashed the gates and took all four tires from a truck. At that point, she was able to catch something on camera as the car that crashed the gate left its license plate behind, yet when it came to our truck, she saw nothing. The office should be attentive to their tenants, especially if they abide by the rules set since they move in, however it appears as if she is unconcerned. It seems that one has to break the rules and do the opposite to be heeded. more ... hide ...
