Jolee is a sweetheart and goes above and beyond for her residents this is low income however the apartments are much nicer than the ones over at Oasis palms Rent is affordable for families the staff are all great and helpful

This was an amazing place to live when I first moved in. The office staff was super friendly very helpful and amazingly kind. Ever since they got bought out the office staff is terrible. Awesome place to live. Very peaceful and quiet. Kim, the property manager is super nice and awesome. Robert (the maintenance guy) is also super helpful and nice.

I'm uncertain if anyone has encountered a manager aside from the woman I encountered when I applied for these apartments, yet she had little to no people skills, was very brusque and extremely patronizing. I applied someI'm uncertain if anyone has encountered a manager aside from the woman I encountered when I applied for these apartments, yet she had little to no people skills, was very brusque and extremely patronizing. I applied some time ago, and as I had just been hired at my jobs and didn't have enough of a paystub history, I was rejected. Which I had no qualms with. What I had an issue with was the dealing with of my holding deposit. Any other property I had applied at and proposed refundable holding deposits would either call and tell me how long I had to get my refund before it would be withheld, or they would mail it back to me. Sierra Pointes management never mentioned a time limit on when I had to retrieve my holding deposit when they left a voice mail about the status of my application, and when I didn't observe it arrive in the mail I went in to see if I could still get it. When I went into the office, again, I was greeted very gruffly and when I asked if there was a chance I could still take my holding deposit, the woman at the front desk quickly retorted with a very discourteous "well I don't know who you are," instead of a simple "what was the name on the application?" After I told her my name she was, again, very sharp in informing me that I had missed the 72 hour window (that I was unaware of) and they would bemore ...hide ...
