Lived here for about two years At first it was alright but the second year the apartment manager seemed stricter with inspections and reviews to qualify for HUD housing Not too happy with the manager there

I applied some time ago, and as I had just been hired at my jobs and didn't have enough of a paystub history, I was rejected. Which I had no qualms with. What I had an issue with was the dealing with of my holding deposit. Any other property I had applied at and proposed refundable holding deposits would either call and tell me how long I had to get my refund before it would be withheld, or they would mail it back to me. Sierra Pointes management never mentioned a time limit on when I had to retrieve my holding deposit when they left a voice mail about the status of my application, and when I didn't observe it arrive in the mail I went in to see if I could still get it. When I went into the office, again, I was greeted very gruffly and when I asked if there was a chance I could still take my holding deposit, the woman at the front desk quickly retorted with a very discourteous "well I don't know who you are," instead of a simple "what was the name on the application?"
