Terrible experience We lived there 2 years ago and had constant issues with neighbors parking hazards building upkeep issues and more We finally decided that we had to move after the police showed up to both our upstairs and downstairs neighbors in a Terrible experience We lived there 2 years ago and had constant issues with neighbors parking hazards building upkeep issues and more We finally decided that we had to move after the police showed up to both our upstairs and downstairs neighbors in a span of 3 days once with guns drawn and gave notice we were leaving via the app the management used months in advance Then we got a frivolous bill for our move out I disputed the bill IN DETAIL and even demonstrated that in reality they owed US over 400 after our move out from refundable deposits Of course I never heard from them again Then I got a collection notice in the mail 2 years later for the bogus amount they made up that I owe An amount in open violation of my contract I provided photos and detailed breakdowns of why the bill was incorrect and they simply sold the false bill to a collection agency that may affect my credit I strongly advised against moving to this location more ... hide ...
