Totally disgusted with this place I read a lot of good reviews and even tried to apply Since I needed a 1 bedroom it looked like it would work great Guess what They NEVER would answer their phone emails or facebook messages that I sent I actually wen Totally disgusted with this place I read a lot of good reviews and even tried to apply Since I needed a 1 bedroom it looked like it would work great Guess what They NEVER would answer their phone emails or facebook messages that I sent I actually went there one day during office hours I had to leave work to do it Pathetic since they were NOT even there during their listed office hours The only person I could talk to was the custodian I think he should be the property owner He actually stopped and tried to answer my questions The FINAL AND LAST straw was when I found this place on facebook and sent a message It took a whole month before the message got read I sent another message when they REFUSED to even bother answering the first message That time it took about a day for it to be marked as read THEY WOULD NOT RESPOND I feel sorry for the people who live in this place I dont understand how they even fill the apartments when they REFUSE to answer calls messages and emails Its almost like theyre picky and choosy about wholl theyre respond to Very unprofessional lazy and rude The person I probably feel the worst for is the custodian He has to put on this face like the place is great yet the office people dont even have the decency to be there during their listed hours more ... hide ...

Hanbury manor has been lovely Ive lived here for just about four years and loved it The grounds are being updated daily and the upkeep is pretty obvious They definitely try their best to keep this place looking beautiful Maintenance is awesome Every Hanbury manor has been lovely Ive lived here for just about four years and loved it The grounds are being updated daily and the upkeep is pretty obvious They definitely try their best to keep this place looking beautiful Maintenance is awesome Every time Ive had an issue they have been out in the same day to make the repairs Its easy and so nice The office manager Faith is super quick to reply and makes things super easy Weve been through several managers while living there and so far she has been the best I dont really have any complaints about the property or the employees My only complaint is to the tenants People let their children run around this place like crazy Theres one girl in particular who is a major bully and her mom is never around Its pretty sad Ive seen her bully many kids in the last four years Theres also quite a few people who dont pick up after their dogs and let their dogs off leash That gets super annoying Honestly those are my only complaints though This place is roomy has lots of natural light and peaceful I highly recommend living here to anyone more ... hide ...
