I have lived here for nearly 4 years and I absolutely love it The proximity to trax and downtown life is amazing and the apartments and amenities themselves are really lovely One thing Ive noticed from living in an apartment building that has an inte I have lived here for nearly 4 years and I absolutely love it The proximity to trax and downtown life is amazing and the apartments and amenities themselves are really lovely One thing Ive noticed from living in an apartment building that has an internal office like this is that if the management working in said office is difficult to work with or less than warm in any way it can really take a toll on your living experience there That said I have to say that I have been so lucky to have the current management Kim Rodriguez in particular as assistant manager has been such an advocate for residents and making sure their needs our met There have been several times that the apartment has required complicated paperwork from my job as a freelance artist to prove my income and Kim has worked tirelessly to help me through the process And all the while with the kindest most caring energy ever I really appreciate having her there All in all North Sixth is a great place to live despite being right next to the train tracks more ... hide ...

Just for awareness know that you WILL NOT get a full refund of your deposit if you decide to move it does not matter how hard you try to keep your apartment clean Any sign of past life WILL GET CHARGED Management will charge you whatever price the cl Just for awareness know that you WILL NOT get a full refund of your deposit if you decide to move it does not matter how hard you try to keep your apartment clean Any sign of past life WILL GET CHARGED Management will charge you whatever price the cleaning company charges them Your apartment must not contain 1 small particle of dust or you will get charged 40 for dust in a cabinet When talking to management they will make you feel you are the most dirty person in the planet and you deserve to be charged because they were abhorred by the kilos of dirt in your apartment please note the sarcasm For management you will always be at fault the dirty the problematic etc They will NEVER look for solutions I was charged because they needed to clean the floors We moped and swept the floors before leaving and they looked like new What else can we do I guess they charged me for dust particles It is a nice place to live nice location and an overall ok management maintenance is awesome I just wish I wouldve known that I was going to be charged a minimum of 120 when I was told the deposit was completely refunded Now I cannot fully recommend this place Bummer more ... hide ...
