Talked to residents who had complaints. Also, they really cant afford nicer places and some if not all are are on some sort of subsidy. Oh yeah, and good luck getting parking for visitors. Its just a depressing place. Go see it if you want, spend some time (if theyll let you!), talk to residents, be very observant. Up to you.more ...hide ...

It got even worse when myMy parents recently moved into a senior apartment complex, but the management are overly strict and inconsistently enforce the rules, often letting some people break them while punishing others. It got even worse when my fiance, daughter, and I visited them over the holidays; we were made to feel unwelcome long before the fourteen-day guest limit was exceeded. We had to stay at a motel twice during our visit, but the assistant manager, Tom Watson, still harassed my parents about our Chihuahua, who was already listed as a guest. We ended up needing to stay a few extra days as the manager at our new place was taking a holiday, but instead of being understanding, Margaret, the assistant manager, came with a security guard and tried to physically intimidate my handicapped elderly parents to make us leave on New Year's Eve. These people have no compassion or empathy and are harassing and intimidating seniors without provocation.more ...hide ...

Manager Shannon loves to hot behind peoples back and lies about everything and will write you up for anything you do very unfair place to live used to be homely place to live. People always got along for everyone knew management has Destroyed all of that new roles everyday too confusing for the elderly and very badd harassment from the manager many people living there now will tell you so.
