Really nice residents Cute quiet little community with great people Walking distance from a good deal of food options and laundry Right down the road from Macys Jordan landing and the trax A block away from the rec center Great view of the mountains
My wife and I managed and maintained this place for 35 years It was a really nice little apartment complex A good portion of the residents were long term residents Its super close to a lot of shopping choices There is a CalRanch Arbies 711 Auto Zone My wife and I managed and maintained this place for 35 years It was a really nice little apartment complex A good portion of the residents were long term residents Its super close to a lot of shopping choices There is a CalRanch Arbies 711 Auto Zone and much more within walking distance The Jordan Landing shopping center is right down the road There is a hotdog on a stick and a snow cone place walking distance during summer Three out of the four Christmass I worked there I had to plow snow twice on Christmas The only time I had to plow twice in a day It would take 810 hours to mow blow edge and clean the planter beds The complex was only about 15 years old so it didnt have to many major problems with itmore ...hide ...

Customer service is awful. The manager of this place treats possible customers very badly. As soon as you start making questions he manages to let you know with his body language and speech tone that you are bothering hiCustomer service is awful. As soon as you start making questions he manages to let you know with his body language and speech tone that you are bothering him and that you should know the answers already.We wanted to see one of the apartments and since it was supposedly being cleaned up at the moment, he just sent us there, he didnt even accompanied us. Im aware this place is for seniors and not really a commercial apartments complex, but one would expect a minimum of kindness or sympathy toward people interested in the business you represent. Whenever I have an issue and want to speak with the manager about it she seems to never be available or never in the office whenever I stop by. I would always get referred to Patty and she would try her best to help resolve my issue. The complex isn€™t brand new but it€™s still decent pricing for the West Jordan area. I just wish the manager was more present to help with my needs rather than ignore my requests and send me to her co workers.more ...hide ...

I am sad to even have to give this one star! The staff here is incompetent, incredibly rude, and VERY condescending!!!! In trying to introduce my family member into a new phase in their life -- which is already a sensitiI am sad to even have to give this one star! The staff here is incompetent, incredibly rude, and VERY condescending!!!! In trying to introduce my family member into a new phase in their life -- which is already a sensitive topic in itself -- we were completely blown away with how unfriendly this location is. It took everything we had to get any information and we were told the waiting list for everything would range up to 3 years without the girl in the office even blinking an eye and without any reference material. While this information could possibly be true, it was the rude way we were told to pretty much \"get lost\". We had to ask if they even offer wait lists of which her eyes rolled and she had to grab us an application.The welcome that we received in coming into the office was pathetic. The lady didnt even really want to get out of her chair to welcome us and then started telling us random information about the income limit these apartments allow. While this information is critical, the lady got incredibly rude when we tried to find out how to figure what rent would be. She would cut us off and insult us multiple times. At one point it felt as if she started to argue with us and talk down to us that she was \"trying to explain but we werent listening\".Then upon asking about any amenities to this location, including transportation to senior center, her reply was \"I dont know\" and that people \"might\" do one thing or another but could not provide us with any solid information.To think that my family member, in her final years of life would be treated in such a way.. and also while searching for new ways to live this way of life..makes me sick to my stomach the way she was treated and I want to warn any other prospective children who think about this as their future home for their parents.. BE WARNED!!!Any prospective outlook on this new phase in my family members life has now been tarnished and it will take a long while to try and build her confidence up again.If you want a sample of their professionalism -- just call and listen to their voicemail....dont take my word for it.more ...hide ...
