She€™s only out to get you. I lived there for 3 years and never had any issues until she came, I put my 30 days in because I couldn€™t stand her. I went to rent somewhere else and they denied me because she told them she wouldn€™t rent to me ever again all because I had 2 door frames ruined and left the apartment without cleaning it. People there do meth, Herione, have SWAT at there house, don€™t pay their rent, ETC. she never put them down on the €œdo not rent again€ I have two door frames and left without cleaning and she put me down on the €œ Do not rent again €œ she is a horrible manager and she needs to be fired.more ...hide ...

First the property owner and Tomi are pretty good. However the fact Ive had to go through the property owner to get anything done and get things handled maturely and professionally was unacceptable. However the fact Ive had to go through the property owner to get anything done and get things handled maturely and professionally was unacceptable. (Again tomi was good)o few things to know.. if you smoke dont apply theyll deny you before you can even put in an application. Although the property is smoke free which is fine . You can smoke off property. But you will be denied if they know you smoke .ask around you will find this to be true. I left skyline after they went into my daughters apartment illigally for 3 weeks based on ONE 24 hour notice at the BEGINNING of that 3 weeks. Their maintenance also went through her personal belongings in her closet and cupboards while in there. They went into a plastic bag my daughter had not been in in two years and pulled stuff out from Midway down the bag and took pictures . They also went into her cupboard to pull out a bowl for water for the cats which they claimed where neglected although I was feeding and watering them daily myself. AND animal control determined they where healthy and fine. (They called animal control after I told them they where breaking into her apartment daily for three weeks) they make assumptions about their tenants and evict u based on the assumptions. Heidi called me a \"f\"in B#$tch multiple times after trying to ask her to quit yelling and talking down to my daughter. I also spent the next two weeks after these situations fearing their staff would evict me on a BS claim for standing up for my daughter .staff hadtoldme when I moved in \"when she wants someone evicted she gets them Evicted one way or another\" I had to begin recording every conversation and took it to the owner before things got handled and calmed down at which time my daughter and I where issued an apology by office staff and owner for everything. You often get told one thing and then it changes once they decide they dont like u and want you out. Paperwork isnt right and its your responsibility to make sure you know what paperwork should be in your file even if the staff tells you ur ok. These are a FEW of the issues I dealt with there before I moved. I dont recommend anyone go to this apartment until it is overhauled.more ...hide ...
