We LOVED living at the Springs at Logan River. When we moved in everything as so clean with new paint and new carpet. Carma and Sera were so nice and personal. The maintenance does an amazing job keeping the property maintained and if you need assistance with something in your home they are there right away. Every time I would go to work I would receive a wave from every maintenance man, they were so nice. Everyone in the community was nice and it would be the perfect place to live with children. We never had any issues with the inspections. As long as you take care of your house and keep it clean you will be just fine. I dont have anything but positive things to say about The Springs at Logan River. It truly was a privilege to live here.more ...hide ...
The manager is almost never at her office and honestly I dont know who runs this place or who maintenance it.
