We LOVED living at the Springs at Logan River When we moved in everything as so clean with new paint and new carpet Carma and Sera were so nice and personal Every time we would go into to office they knew us by name and would always check up on how w We LOVED living at the Springs at Logan River When we moved in everything as so clean with new paint and new carpet Carma and Sera were so nice and personal Every time we would go into to office they knew us by name and would always check up on how we were doing The maintenance does an amazing job keeping the property maintained and if you need assistance with something in your home they are there right away Every time I would go to work I would receive a wave from every maintenance man they were so nice Everyone in the community was nice and it would be the perfect place to live with children We never had any issues with the inspections As long as you take care of your house and keep it clean you will be just fine I dont have anything but positive things to say about The Springs at Logan River It truly was a privilege to live here more ... hide ...

I have lived here at the springs for 8 years and I have loved it I have a son with special needs so it was way nice to have a handicap house where we could get all his medical equipment in without hitting walls or not letting it be in there at all Ye I have lived here at the springs for 8 years and I have loved it I have a son with special needs so it was way nice to have a handicap house where we could get all his medical equipment in without hitting walls or not letting it be in there at all Yes they do have inspections 23 times a year back when I first moved in it was around every 3 months and they decreased it to twice a year due to the houses being in such great condition When you think about it if they didnt have these rules the homes and yards would look terrible There have been residents that had a very old run down couch with holes and stuffing coming out of it in front of their house I know its inconvenient for some people that have nice things they want outside but there are OTHER people who ruin it for the rest Management want to make sure we live in a safe and clean area they are responsible for it all So when you own your own house would you want to live by someone who dont keep their house kept up Living by someone who never keeps their area clean isnt something I guarantee someone wants I lived here for 8 years and never had drawers break or any appliance things needing to be replaced Dont get me wrong it wasnt perfect I have three kids and lived there for 8 years but I am so grateful for everything the springs have done We had a nice yard for the kids to play on A fenced in back yard for the kids to be contained Very very nice play areas around so the kids can run off all their energy The neighbors are all amazing I will miss them deeply Also having the springs Facebook was awesome they would help with anything and everything Also I want to give a shout out to management for being so amazing They have a very tough job listening to everyone complain But they have their reasons why they have to be so strict Just be kind and respectful and they will treat you the same It would be hard to have someone sit and yell at them for doing their job and following the rules that are set out my the people who own all the property Remember they are helping you with being in an area that is clean safe and a place that you would be proud to live in One that is low income so you can live and get ahead in life more ... hide ...
