I was set to move in today. So went with the maintenance man to do the walk thru as we walked thru the neighborhood I saw how run down it was pieces of the siding was missing and the roofing is FALLING APART. When I walked into the apartment it was nice but then I got to the bathrooms © a JOKE !!! The sink and the tub was nice. But the toilet look like it had been there for 100 years. It was yellow and peeling and the master bedroom had a huge stain on the wall. Also they didnt replace the screens in the windows. Oh and not to mention the water heater was opened to see. This place is a catfish and SCAM!!! Thats why they waited to do the walk thru until the morning of. I will be calling corporate. This place is HORRIBLE more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry
