Terrible office is very lazy doesnt speak English well cant count or read numbers trying to trick people into signing new leases very unprofessional seems lost all the time and doesnt have all the information theyre suppose to have and illegally enters tenants apartments cant handle being wrong tells personal business of tenants and is completely unable to do her job the fatt long black hair lady thats clueless to what her job actually is.

I recently settled into Ferncliff South and I'm quite pleased with my two bedroom apartment (hence the three stars). However, the structure I moved into has to be the worst in the complex. The family who lives above me on the second floor is the noisiest, most unruly, and discourteous group in the whole complex. The kids stomp the floor so hard that it shakes the ceiling light fixtures, stove eyes, and I even feel the vibrations in my feet. I worry that the downstairs neighbor might think it's me. The adults quarrel, yell, and swear at each other in front of the children. Just three or four days after I arrived, I noticed a bullet hole in one of my living room windows. A few months ago, I lived in an apartment on the North side and it was nothing like this. I'm deeply disappointed that the South side is nothing like the North. I'm regretting not having waited longer for an apartment on the North side. I'm living in an absolute nightmare every day. If you're considering moving to Ferncliff, avoid the South side, particularly Building F.

I love living here. It is not especially noisy and they are relatively quick with the maintenance. The management is helpful and friendly. When I moved in I was particularly glad about the reasonable rent which is subsidized and the spacious apartment which has central heat and air with spacious bedroom walk-in closet. The apartments have dishwashers and a very nice space, although small to cook in. Lots of cabinets. The grounds are neatly kept and the mailboxes are secure and private. All in all a pleasant place to live.

Management such as Jill Millikan really make living in this area great. She is fast to respond to questions and will even put in service requests for us. Two of the previous managers are no longer working here, and I have already noticed the change that Jill has implemented. The maintenance staff are also pretty great. My AC went out in June on a Thursday night and that Friday was expected to be in the upper 90s. We put in a service request and called and left a voice mail. Jill emailed back as soon as she was in office, mentioned that she put in a service request as well and that she would make sure maintenance came and saw us first thing. Maintenance was here by 8 am and the ac was fixed by 9 am. which was great because I work nights and needed to go to bed not stay up and wait.Thank you WestCreek staff.
