Royal Arms was one of the finest apartment complexes in Front Royal. Then they employed some callous individuals in their office. What they are doing to the tenants now is terrible. They do not take care of anything. I hRoyal Arms was one of the finest apartment complexes in Front Royal. Then they employed some callous individuals in their office. What they are doing to the tenants now is terrible. They do not take care of anything. I had resided there for over 10 years, and there were never any issues until now. It is illegal according to HuD and Section 8 to have to go somewhere else to pay rent when the rental office is on the premises. They post notices in the hallways to inform tenants of rent increases. The office opens at their discretion. The laundry rooms are ghastly, with sewage leaking out of the floor when washing clothes. When my apartment flooded, I was given a fan, but no rug change or anything else, and I was asked to pay for the rug, which was six years ago, and until this day, no rug has been changed. The hallways are grimy and smell. The only reason I gave it one star is due to the good neighbors who had to live there. Thank God for allowing me to still live after Royal Arms. No matter what is said about Betty, she kept Royal Arms tidy, maintained it and never had to cope with all the paperwork issues and the threats because she knew how to run it, and, above all, it was always about the TENANTS, not their pockets! Two thumbs down to the Resident Manager. Thank you, Kelsey, for being the only good thing there.more ...hide ...
