They talk over you when you're attempting to communicate and show no concern for your complaints. Their problem-solving skills and efforts to make your stay enjoyable are quite lacking. For instance, I moved in on July 26th to a bottom-level apartment and have since been dealing with intolerable noise from my upstairs neighbors both during the day and at night. I have contacted the office several times and even called the police, but nothing has changed. Moreover, they refuse to provide contact for upper management or take any initiative to help. I have been miserable in my own home and the staff does not respond to emails in a timely manner, not even when they have read them. Furthermore, when the person responsible for my concerns is out of the office, no one else can assist. As a first responder, I deserve peace and rest in my home after a long work week, and these apartments are certainly not cheap. more ... hide ...

2021-07-21T17:06:58ZI have been living here for least than 6 months So far I really regret coming to this apartment at the grove Flynn We are really disappointed of the living conditions First with our first two months we had mices running around in our apartment home I have been living here for least than 6 months So far I really regret coming to this apartment at the grove Flynn We are really disappointed of the living conditions First with our first two months we had mices running around in our apartment home things that we have NEVER experienced before we had to call for help They made us wait for 2 weeks before pets contrle came to the house Their method this not push the mice away because as I am writing this we saw another mice yesterday running around I have complained about this issue more than 3 time at the office I believe we were supposed to be on the list for a 2 weeks checkup but no body came We are sooo disappointed because not only that we had water liking from the floor of the first room bedroom which forced us to move away all the furniture a bedroom may contain in our living space Again We called maintenance came and plugs machines that they requested us to leave on for 3 days so the floor can dry we did that without thinking too much about the electricity bill Thinking that the issue would be resolve However in least than 2 weeks the same issues happened again 4 days ago and another large electricity bill is on the way We have to moved all the furniture out again This had been such a stressful place because of the different situations happening in least than 6 month rent without even mentioning what we experienced with our bathroom The dishwasher doesnt work When we asked about the issue or problems facing our apartment home no explanation is given to us We asked about whether this is the last time we have to be call to move things out the manager Ebony said she doesnt know I believe the technician should tell the source of the problem so the situation needs to be fixed completely Knowing that we have other emergencies and important activities than moving things in and out of the bedroom We dont feel safe to have visitor in our home because all that is happening We do not even fell safe in the house All our issues needed to be check before moving in more ... hide ...

The apartment complex is always clean. I have not had any issues with theft. Ebony, the Property Manager, has been incredible in helping me with any requests about my dwelling. I am very content with the services I have received and am proud to call this my home. Furthermore, I can not thank Dulce, the Assistant Property Manager, enough for her assistance with my screening and application process. Signing the lease and moving in went smoothly and I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend The Grove at Flynns Crossing Apartment Homes to anyone searching for an affordable place to live. CDC regulations are in effect and are constantly being enforced.
