In 2016, I experienced a security guard unlawfully entering my vehicle and using a piece of mail he found inside to write a note asking me to make sure to keep my car door closed. As I had never left it open, I was incensed and called the office. As I had never left it open, I was incensed and called the office. The manager at the time refused to accept responsibility and failed to apologize. I even sent a photograph of the note as evidence. A few days later, I encountered the security guard and he admitted to the incident and apologized. Fast-forward to June 2017, and our apartment is swarmed with millipedes. They are incredibly unpleasant and I have to vacuum the floor every morning. We contacted the office and were promised an exterminator; this was over two weeks ago and nothing has happened yet. The Assistant Manager is the only one that is courteous and provides good customer service. In contrast, the Property Manager has a terrible attitude and always seeks to avoid direct communication.
