I have lived at this location for 10 years, and overall it has been a positive experience. There are other reviews here, that do not accurately describe the circumstances. There are other reviews here, that do not accurately describe the circumstances. One such review was written by my next door neighbor. (a 1 star review) In the eight years he lived here, he was given much more latitude by management, that in my opinion, he had any rights. If i were the management here, he would have been evicted about 6 years before he was. (Legally- for cause) So his review was bias, at the very least. Being evicted and served with a no trespass order afterwards- should certainly be taken into account when considering his review.Germanna Heights Apartments is not a perfect community, but short of the garden of Eden, i dont believe one has ever existed. I live here with & have taken care of my Mother, and every member of the staff has gone out of there way to accommodate my Mothers special needs, and treated her with nothing but the utmost respect. I would say that right there says it all.more ...hide ...
