I have lived at this location for 10 years and overall it has been a positive experience There are other reviews here that do not accurately describe the circumstances One such review was written by my next door neighbor a 1 star review In the eight I have lived at this location for 10 years and overall it has been a positive experience There are other reviews here that do not accurately describe the circumstances One such review was written by my next door neighbor a 1 star review In the eight years he lived here he was given much more latitude by management that in my opinion he had any rights If i were the management here he would have been evicted about 6 years before he was Legally for cause So his review was bias at the very least Being evicted and served with a no trespass order afterwards should certainly be taken into account when considering his reviewnGermanna Heights Apartments is not a perfect community but short of the garden of Eden i dont believe one has ever existed I live here with have taken care of my Mother and every member of the staff has gone out of there way to accommodate my Mothers special needs and treated her with nothing but the utmost respect I would say that right there says it all more ... hide ...

I have lived here for 8 years and my experience until recently has been mixed at best During those 8 years we have gone through 14 maintenance men and are currently without a maintenance person again We have had 6 property managers in those 8 years I have lived here for 8 years and my experience until recently has been mixed at best During those 8 years we have gone through 14 maintenance men and are currently without a maintenance person again We have had 6 property managers in those 8 years The current property manager plays favorites to those tenants she likes Management decisions are emotionalbased and not thought out at all Decisions fluctuate and are reversed on a regular basis Rules are only enforced when another tenant complains about other tenants As such tenants are always left angry at each other In fact certain tenants have made the environment hostile as a result of complaints I would absolutely discourage anyone from living here more ... hide ...
