This place is just a JOKE. They dont care about their tenants. Multiple complaints about management. Management plain ignores the needs of their tenants. Nothing is ever fixed. HORRIBLE! They give you specific dates and times for maintenance to fix certain issues in your home but NEVER fix those problems until months later. Even if it€™s IMPORTANT! I emailed and called them countless of timeHORRIBLE! They give you specific dates and times for maintenance to fix certain issues in your home but NEVER fix those problems until months later. Even if it€™s IMPORTANT! I emailed and called them countless of times regarding a current issue in my townhome(apartment). They barely answer or get back with me. And when they do, they give me a SPECIFIC date and time when maintenance would come and fix the discrepancy but they NEVER come. This pattern been going on consistently for nearly a month in a half. But still, they expect for the rent to be paid on time.. If you are one day late, you€™ll get a late fee of nearly $100.. It€™s basically their way or the highway. At least that€™s how it feels. It€™s completely unfair. I€™m just being honest !more ...hide ...
