Had black mold in my apartment Maintenance and front desk said it was from the ceiling collecting rain water A year later when the lease was broke they were renovating apartments and all of the fixtures they tore out had black mold growing behind the Had black mold in my apartment Maintenance and front desk said it was from the ceiling collecting rain water A year later when the lease was broke they were renovating apartments and all of the fixtures they tore out had black mold growing behind them They did nothing for the complaints It cost me many hospital and vet visits as it caused me and my dog both many breathing issues Also got my car towed from my own designated spot when my parking pass was shown and a visitor spot more ... hide ...

I wouldnt recommend NOBODY to move here Its been a big miscommunication since I been here They are very money hungry

HORRIBLE They give you specific dates and times for maintenance to fix certain issues in your home but NEVER fix those problems until months later Even if its IMPORTANT I emailed and called them countless of times regarding a current issue in my tow HORRIBLE They give you specific dates and times for maintenance to fix certain issues in your home but NEVER fix those problems until months later Even if its IMPORTANT I emailed and called them countless of times regarding a current issue in my townhomeapartment They barely answer or get back with me And when they do they give me a SPECIFIC date and time when maintenance would come and fix the discrepancy but they NEVER come This pattern been going on consistently for nearly a month in a half But still they expect for the rent to be paid on time If you are one day late youll get a late fee of nearly 100 Its basically their way or the highway At least thats how it feels Its completely unfair Im just being honest more ... hide ...
