Mostly just a place to live for a bad situation that pops up You definitely want to move put of here The landlords are not friendly and barely help with any resources Most they help you with is taking the money from needy families
Staff is wonderful since they upgraded the place the apartments look so much better and is the only apartment complex Ive been at to visit that doesnt have trash and cigarette butts all over the property Renovations were much needed and helped a lot

It's not that the homeless don't need a place, but there are certain individuals with serious problems like drug addiction or mental health issues that should not be allowed in. Favoritism should not be given to those you know. One particular person has been there for a month and the police have been there three times. I know that he smokes crystal meth and usually is drunk and swearing when he uses public transport. My disabled family member was denied because, according to Ms. Claudette, "she is not a good person." For everyone's sake, please avoid this place if you have a loved one, since they will be miserable and suffer from this manager's lack of discretion. As a Christian, I cannot stay quiet when the Ten Commandments are being violated.more ...hide ...

I honestly had a really pleasant 13 months here. The walls are thick and I didnt hear my neighbors much. My wife and I were able to enjoy the pool midday by ourselves 90% of the time (and its a thousand times cleaner andI honestly had a really pleasant 13 months here. My wife and I were able to enjoy the pool midday by ourselves 90% of the time (and its a thousand times cleaner and nicer than any public pool in staunton) and the whole area down by the pool was just really relaxing and got us through a truly awful summer. We took really good care of our apartment and ended up getting 100% of our deposit back, which we didnt expect after reading reviews before moving in. Im only leaving this review because I felt like we were treated very well during our time here, and actually getting our deserved deposit back helped us out quite a bit in a financial rut.more ...hide ...
