Been living here for over a year Its a quiet and safe neighborhood Maintenance is great and responds quickly The staff are friendly Love the two fishing ponds here

I went to their Management office because I placed an application on one of their other properties My Voucher is for 800 but the 2 bedroom is going for 915and you cant pay out of your pocket the difference LOVE the location because its a 5 minutes wa I went to their Management office because I placed an application on one of their other properties My Voucher is for 800 but the 2 bedroom is going for 915and you cant pay out of your pocket the difference LOVE the location because its a 5 minutes walk to bus stop Close to shopping and just about everything else Management were very friendly knowledgeable and understanding of the situation I was in Property located close to a main access roadstreet but I hardly notice the hum of the traffic I Must or shouldve saves more pennies I would have really enjoyed living in this area of Staunton VA more ... hide ...

I honestly had a really pleasant 13 months here The walls are thick and I didnt hear my neighbors much My wife and I were able to enjoy the pool midday by ourselves 90 of the time and its a thousand times cleaner and nicer than any public pool in sta I honestly had a really pleasant 13 months here The walls are thick and I didnt hear my neighbors much My wife and I were able to enjoy the pool midday by ourselves 90 of the time and its a thousand times cleaner and nicer than any public pool in staunton and the whole area down by the pool was just really relaxing and got us through a truly awful summer We took really good care of our apartment and ended up getting 100 of our deposit back which we didnt expect after reading reviews before moving in Im only leaving this review because I felt like we were treated very well during our time here and actually getting our deserved deposit back helped us out quite a bit in a financial rut more ... hide ...
