This is an excellent spot to reside in; the office staff is always punctual, open and delightful to do business with. Crime is minimal, if any it mostly involves tenant personal matters. Crime is minimal, if any it mostly involves tenant personal matters. The neighbors are amicable and communicative, the laundry works perfectly, maintenance requests are taken care of the same day, they are devoted to changing the air filters every three months and doing inspections. If they spot a problem, they take care of it without being asked. Past control is always on point, I had one issue and they worked diligently until it was rectified. They are incredibly kind and compassionate towards the tenants and their families. We have already extended our lease and we will continue to do so as long as Rosie and Nikia are managing the property. Sean from maintenance is great, he came to my house one day and knocked first, he asked if he could come in, and he gets maintenance requests done quickly. There are some people smoking herbs and cigarettes in their apartments but that can be easily dealt with. The rent is reasonable for people who don't have a millionaire's income and the place is close to the best BBQ joint in town. I highly recommend this place, especially to single people or couples with a limited budget.more ...hide ...
