The neighbors are amicable and communicative, the laundry works perfectly, maintenance requests are taken care of the same day, they are devoted to changing the air filters every three months and doing inspections. If they spot a problem, they take care of it without being asked. Past control is always on point, I had one issue and they worked diligently until it was rectified. They are incredibly kind and compassionate towards the tenants and their families. We have already extended our lease and we will continue to do so as long as Rosie and Nikia are managing the property. Sean from maintenance is great, he came to my house one day and knocked first, he asked if he could come in, and he gets maintenance requests done quickly. There are some people smoking herbs and cigarettes in their apartments but that can be easily dealt with. The rent is reasonable for people who don't have a millionaire's income and the place is close to the best BBQ joint in town. It took me to file a complaint to the BBB and calling the news stations for the office personnel to respond. When i told them i was not signing another lease they asked me if I wanted to move to another building but wanted to charge me additional fees.. after i said no and moved out someone shot up the wall in the second bedroom and management told me i wasnt responsible for the damages however would not provide me any details on how did this happen..If i were you i wouldnt even fill out an application here save your money and time. even though the apartments are nice the headache is not worth it. more ... hide ...
