If you get towed, it is likely due to someone reporting that your car needed to be moved. I have two children, ages one and seven, and both of their birthdays have been celebrated in the community room, which requires a $50 deposit which is returned after ensuring that the room was left undamaged. I've made use of the room four times. Our property manager has organized things like Easter egg hunts, mini Halloween parties, and even brought in a petting zoo! Additionally, she often gives out gift cards to those who pay their rent on time. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours to get a problem resolved by maintenance. They do an annual checkup on the apartments and also provide monthly pest control, which I appreciate as you never know what your neighbors are up to. I honestly cannot understand why the reviews are so poor when most of the people here have been here longer than I have; if we didn't like it, we would have moved. I was previously living in Cold Harbor Pines. There is a sufficient amount of assigned and visitor parking spaces. If you get towed, it's due to someone calling to have your car moved. My children are 1 and 7, and I have hosted their parties in the community room, which requires a $50 deposit but is refundable. I've used the room four times. Our property manager organizes kid-friendly activities like egg hunts, Halloween parties, and even a petting zoo. Additionally, she often gives out gift card drawings for those who pay their rent early. I've never had an issue with maintenance not being addressed within 24 hours, and they do an annual check on the apartments to give warning for cleaning. They also spray for bugs on a monthly basis, which I appreciate. I don't comprehend why the reviews are so low, as the people who are dissatisfied would have left long ago.
