I was previously living in Cold Harbor Pines. There is a sufficient amount of assigned and visitor parking spaces. There is a sufficient amount of assigned and visitor parking spaces. If you get towed, it's due to someone calling to have your car moved. My children are 1 and 7, and I have hosted their parties in the community room, which requires a $50 deposit but is refundable. I've used the room four times. Our property manager organizes kid-friendly activities like egg hunts, Halloween parties, and even a petting zoo. Additionally, she often gives out gift card drawings for those who pay their rent early. I've never had an issue with maintenance not being addressed within 24 hours, and they do an annual check on the apartments to give warning for cleaning. They also spray for bugs on a monthly basis, which I appreciate. I don't comprehend why the reviews are so low, as the people who are dissatisfied would have left long ago.
