My neighbors observe me very closely and their movements in the house can be heard by me. I have yet to tell anyone, but several times my visitors have noticed the same kind of surveillance. I can understand why they would feel uncomfortable as I have not mentioned anything to them regarding my surroundings being taken advantage of. The maintenance people act strangely, as well. To detect any spyware, I installed two different spyware detectors on my phone. The application alerts me when possible spy devices are detected. Furthermore, when I put my ear to the wall and tap, the sound changes like there might be a microphone in the wall. It seems like a large drug operation is present in this area, so think twice before moving here. Plus, there are numerous types of gnats and flies. If you decide to live here, then your children will attend Blackwell Elementary, Blackwell Preschool, Boushall Middle, and George Wythe High. I have been living here for a few months and I must say I am quite satisfied. Of course, there are difficulties, but whenever I request a change, the office is quick to make all the necessary alterations. I am fortunate to have an end unit and my nei I have been living here for a few months and I must say I am quite satisfied. I am fortunate to have an end unit and my neighbours are friendly and considerate, usually leaving a parking spot close to my apartment. Every property has issues, but I am thankful for how this one is managed. As the complex is being renovated, I am hoping to move into one of the new units, which come with benefits such as complimentary cable and an alarm system. In general, this is a good community for someone starting out or re-establishing themselves, as it is close to downtown and bus lines. The property management is very proactive. Fortunately, I met the requirements. The only downside for me is that the income restrictions don't permit me to reach my full potential at work and maintain a home life. I cannot go for a promotion if I have to relocate and manage an additional $500-$700 in rent monthly when the promotion only brings in an extra $200. This is a very toxic environment I dont care how quiet and reserved you are if you want your peace and dont want stalkers then move somewhere else Dont waste your time and money moving here going through all that money and trouble just to live around This is a very toxic environment I dont care how quiet and reserved you are if you want your peace and dont want stalkers then move somewhere else Dont waste your time and money moving here going through all that money and trouble just to live around cliquey immature negative people Another downside They have a severe pest infestation that is really bad they also have a rat infestation Dont let the renovations fool you The apartment I moved in was renovated but the tile in the kitchen and bathroom was a halfdone job and coming off the first day They have paint all on the side of the cabinets in the downstairs kitchen Professional where I keep hearing there is also a bed bug infestation too Dont get stuck in a 12month lease and then realize it once you are here in a 12month lease Im telling you beforehand more ... hide ...

Worst experience of my life My family and I moved here and within the first month our apartment was broken into wo forced entry We filed a police report to find out several units that same day were robbed without forced entry When we contacted the re Worst experience of my life My family and I moved here and within the first month our apartment was broken into wo forced entry We filed a police report to find out several units that same day were robbed without forced entry When we contacted the rental office they stated it was a possibility one of the recently fired maintenance men did not turn in his master key to the unit I immediately requested an emergency move out due to the circumstances my son could not sleep at night we kept hearing things just complete paranoia didnt know if they would return I was charged late rent fees and my rent was up to date move out fees utilities after I moved out more late fees from the company from attempted garnishments I lost over 1500 dollars of property from the burgulary then was charged by the apartment The leasing manager was dating the maintenance man in question so I believe it was a setup I worked as a CO at the time so was always at work The other person on my lease was charged nothing They refuse to let me see my file or settle FRAUDULENT company DO NOT MOVE HERE more ... hide ...
