The accommodations were suitable for two occupants, even though the living room was a bit peculiar. The first floor was lined with linoleum resembling hardwood, with the stairway and second story mostly carpeted, and the lavatory had lino tiles. Although lino isn't my favorite, it is easy to maintain. The management staff were friendly and responded promptly to our emails, and they acted swiftly to address maintenance issues. Recently, they replaced all the windows with double panes, which has reduced heating and cooling costs. Occasionally, bugs (ants, cockroaches, spiders) were present, but we simply emailed the office and they dispatched a pest control expert right away. After ten months, only ants remain. My main grievance is that when it gets warm, some tenants disregard the rules of quiet hours, which can be aggravating when you're trying to get some rest. Fortunately, my neighbors were amiable, and they always greeted me when we crossed paths. All in all, I would recommend this residence.more ...hide ...

I get a call a few days later and Im told that apparently there was a wait list (wasnt told that before when I got the first call) and that there was a person ahead of me and that if I put the $500 I would be next on the list; the issue is my lease is up in March, Im pregnant and due in May, and Im not trying to move in April or May knowing I have to give birth. Im upset cause no one told me about the wait list before hand and because Ive never heard of an apartment putting down a $500 deposit for a wait list and you dont know when youre gonna move in. Maybe next yearmore ...hide ...
Please be aware everyone had missing rent money and the previous property manager has been stealing everyone€™s money orders. The people here are taking advantage of due to them having vouchers and income limits!
