On the initial night, I spotted a cockroach and afterwards I kept seeing dead roaches in both bathrooms. I mentioned the revolting, bug-ridden refrigerator to management since late September. The first time someone came, they merely replaced the white item that held the light bulb at the top of the fridge part. Nonetheless, I noticed that the bugs were still present in the fridge and now even in the freezer. It was so terrible that they were coming out of the ice maker in the freezer. I poured myself some water and put ice in my drink and noticed that some of the ice cubes had the bugs stuck in them, which was utterly disgusting. I called them about this issue three times, yet nobody did anything and now I will take this higher up. Save your money and go somewhere else because it is nasty here and very unsophisticated, I might add. Even the personnel in the office are a bit ratchet. This is in no way an excellent neighborhood like they try to make it out to be. NOT AT ALL. I was told this would be a peaceful neighborhood and it is far from that. The police are always around, yet they don't seem to be helpful because there are always people arguing or fighting at night, and there was even a shooting here. I can't wait to move because this is not the right place for me.more ...hide ...

Oh and not to mention the car cant be in front of the office parking spaces Tue-thur during business hours. So PAYING residents with no pass have to park on the street. Also they come up with new rules frequently. They hardly ever answer the phone and barley ever in the office. And lets not start on how clueless corporate office is Ÿ¤Ÿ€™€. I couldnt wait to move in, 6 months into living here I cant wait to move lol. SUSAN COME BACK PLZ!EDIT: the owner replied there has been no changes however that is a complete lie!more ...hide ...

My disabled client has been without air conditioning for a week now. I had to take my client to her primary care doctor to receive a letter detailing my clients medical conditions. The letter was received by Samantha on 4/19/19 at 10:38am. Samantha was very unprofessional and nasty when communicating with my client and myself, which is a poor reflection on the company as a whole. Samantha learn how to communicate with disabled individuals and their support workers.more ...hide ...
