The only payments are for electricity and cable, and the units come with a washing machine and dryer. Unfortunately, there is a litter issue in the neighborhood, with insufficient bins for the number of flats. Often, garbage bags are scattered around the garbage areas, which leads to a lot of cockroaches and even rats taking over the pavements after dark. If you keep your apartment tidy, the critters won't come in. The people in the leasing office can be difficult to work with, and don't seem to understand the lease agreement they have you sign. I had to explain the terms to the leasing agent. Despite the headaches with this area, the cost is much lower than other nearby options. This is an income-restricted neighborhood so it is open to any family with an income below $165,000 per annum, which makes it ideal for recent college graduates.
