Ive lived here for a year now and this building is one of Clarendons best kept secretsnnClaudia is the BEST Period You will never have a kinder and more enthusiastic leasing agent and resident support staffnnVpoint is also one of the most affordable Ive lived here for a year now and this building is one of Clarendons best kept secretsnnClaudia is the BEST Period You will never have a kinder and more enthusiastic leasing agent and resident support staffnnVpoint is also one of the most affordable complexes in the downtown Arlington area It may not have all the amenities of some fancier apartments but if youre the type that doesnt need all the extra stuff then this is a great place to livennMy only qualm is that there is no staff in the building on weekends which can make package delivery or maintenance issues bothersome This also means you cannot move inout on weekends You also cant buzz the lobby door and elevator for visitors from your apartmentnnIf you can live with that then I couldnt recommend this place enough Theres a reason the units are so difficult to get when they open up more ... hide ...
