I asked for a Wi-Fi code the first week I moved in, and it has been a downhill battle since then. I requested to have my money returned two days after signing the lease since I was expected to conceal the heavily stained carpet in my son's room. I have been awaiting repairs from the initial flooding upstairs since the third month I lived here. There have been three occasions where people upstairs flooded me and all that was done was patching the holes; no other visible damage was done. Just recently, I signed my fourth-year lease, which is quite unfortunate. Other locations are practically extorting tenants with the inflated rents. It took three years and a new leasing agent before they acknowledged the damages and tasks that had not been done before I moved in, such as painting my son's room and closet. The refrigerator was missing parts, yet they expected me to be content, and I had to pay sixty-five dollars for a filter even though I didn't have a new one when I moved in. I didn't even know that the filter had to be changed two to three times a year until I asked a couple of months ago. These apartments were constructed for people who wouldn't even walk around the neighborhood, let alone live here, and now they are profiting while doing the least amount in our apartments and denying us access to what was promised inmore ...hide ...

No doors on entry ways, apartment doors look like they have recently been kicked in by the police, dirty, and unkempt. I realize this is \"income based\" housing. But damn, can you at least treat them like humans?? They deserve a decent, clean, safe environment too. Idk how this place passes any HUD inspections. It also seems like at least one \"security\" light on every building is broken or going out. So theres this weird flashing light thing going on at every building. Lends to a very dismal environment. Do better. This is shameful...more ...hide ...

I moved here in April. There are a few things I dont like but theyre minor. Thats what happens when you have to get adjusted to living in an apartment. Its really nice though. Peaceful.......& the view is amazing
