So let me tell you about my issues that Im sure you will come across if you live here! : Maintenance dude does absolutely the bare minimum, it took me months of asking to fix my hood range fan (AFTER I FOUND A GREASE COVERED MUMMIFIED MOUSE STUCK IN IT) and finally I contacted the \"Regional Manager\" very next day, property manager & maintenance show up, I was not home however I did invest in a WiFi camera and got to see and hear it all live. They were talking about other apartments smelling like freetos and the Prop Manager was snooping around my kitchen area when she noticed my camera pointed directly on her. ( LOL it was funny to see her reaction I will admit) then she got very quiet and said to the maintenance man \"just FYI\" pulled her phone out and typed something in it and showed up, he glanced over and they were silent the rest of their stay.Paulette was the ONLY person in this \"management group\" to actually work and they fired her! Just to have the maintenance mans son hop in her place. ( convenient right? )Ever since then, I did not like being there. She then demanded I show her my bank statements. I did so, then got a letter on my door ( In Comic Sans Font style....really? lol) saying it was unacceptable bc I blacked out my transactions and only let her see my deposits.FAST FORWARD even more! I found out I was making way too much at my new job to stay there, I found another apartment, wrote her an email to let her know I will not be staying and she never responded back to me or called me. THEN I get a notice from a collection agency saying I owe for the month of Feb bc she put \"refused to cooperate with re-certification\" she never answers the phone, she never emails back.OVERALL- PLACE IS A JOKE. THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT IN THERE. SHE WILL DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT.ALSO- ALL HER AND THE MAINTENANCE MAN DO IS SIT IN HER OFFICE AND WATCH THE CAMERAS. IM SO SERIOUS.
